You have heard Rootbeer & Rawhide discuss their favorite artists and albums, but in Episode 28 it’s all about the mixtape. In addition to two Top 10 lists, you’ll hear Rootbeer reiterate the difference between “favorite” and “best” in preparation for the loss of credibility, you’ll hear the duo reminisce about performing the song “You’re My Dogg” live, you’ll hear Rawhide reveal details about a just-for-fun mixtape Rootbeer made in 2008 which was never released and you’ll hear Rawhide re-evaluate his role as a contrarian. Also Rootbeer’s dog shakes loudly at the 1:28:47 mark and I left it in.

Also, Rawhide brags about knowing the word “ethnocentric” and there is plenty of commentary about “one of the most jerk-offable music videos of all time.”
