Unfortunately it has happened again: Rawhide and I were unable to get an episode of our podcast done this month. When this happened last year we released an episode of an old radio show called Nick & Nate’s Nu-Metal Nightmare that I had recorded on cassette tape.
After finding that tape we got very curious about who these guys were and made some phone calls. We ended up chatting with the original station broadcasting the show: WKRN who had some episodes on file and sent them to us.
So in lieu of an episode this month, we’re going to share with you all another Nick & Nate’s Nu-Metal Nightmare. This particular episode is very amusing because they try to decide the greatest nu-metal band of all time bracket style.
They also discuss nu-metal hairstyles, why Jesus was nu-metal and they decide on the perfect name for a nu-metal band (Necriot). Also, the commercials from 2001 really gave us some nostalgia. Give it a listen!
